- Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act IDEA - Part C State Performance Plan)-
A "Software Factory" solution incorporating the latest Microsoft technologies. Visual Studio 2008, .Net Framework 3.5, IIS 6 within a web farm, SQL Server 2005 (migrating to 2008), Web Services, AJAX, SQL Reporting services and various other technologies were utilized to develop this solution. The solution is utilized across the State of Idaho at 8 sites and the central office of Health and Welfare. It is designed to collect and maintain data related to Idaho's Early Intervention Program. The Infants and Toddlers program is designed to assist children that require special medical needs under federal guidelines. The ITP-Web system allows the tracking of client specific information, service plan, service plan details and all other federally mandated data. This application can be provided as a transfer application to any other state needing a Early intervention system in order to fulfill federal data collection and reporting mandates. The system incorporates complete document storage integration, reporting in accordance with federal guidelines, automated error reporting and a complete user-interface to allow for system management with negligible code modifications.
Idaho Web Enabled Emergency Management System (I-WISE)

A "Software Factory" solution allowing emergency medical personnel and agencies to create and update the data related to their equipment, certifications and licensing. The application is an extensive development of some 200 tables with thousands of data elements. Original investment estimates for this project exceeded $2 million. The deployed solution was developed for less than 15% of the projected investment cost. This solution incorporates the latest Microsoft technologies. Visual Studio 2008, .Net Framework 3.5, IIS 6 within a web farm, SQL Server 2005 (migrating to 2008), Web Services, AJAX, SQL Reporting services and various other technologies are being utilized to develop this solution. The solution is utilized across the State of Idaho by EMS individuals and agencies. Additionally, the central office of EMS uses this system as their primary system for managing and reporting on EMS related information.
